Dates: 07 – 13 November 2025
Duration: 6 days / 6 nights

We invite you to a 6-day immersive journey into the quiet and transformative world of Yin Yoga. This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed to deepen your personal practice and your ability to guide others through this path of stillness, surrender, and inner exploration.

Yin Yoga is not just a practice of shapes—it is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. As we stay in each posture, we enter a dialogue with our body and breath, touching layers of tension, memory, and emotion. With time and presence, we begin to access something deeper: a space of healing, acceptance, and compassion.

In this training, we explore Yin Yoga from the inside out—its principles, anatomy, philosophy, and meditative qualities—while also cultivating the sensitivity to hold space for others with authenticity and care.

Overview of the Training:

This training weaves together knowledge and experience, including:

  • The foundations and philosophy of Yin Yoga
  • Functional anatomy and fascia theory to understand the body in Yin
  • The role of mindfulness and meditation in cultivating presence
  • Tools for sequencing and holding space in a Yin class
  • Gentle guidance on how emotional and energetic patterns live in the body
  • Self-reflection and journaling as part of your inner journey
  • Understand the fundamentals of a trauma-informed approach to teaching

This course combines experiential learning with theoretical foundations, ensuring that you leave with both knowledge and confidence in your ability to teach.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the training, you will:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga’s philosophy and principles
  • Learn how to adapt classes to create a safe and inclusive space for all students
  • Develop confidence in guiding students through Yin postures and meditation
  • Receive a 50-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certification

  • Yoga teachers looking to expand their expertise in Yin Yoga
  • Wellness professionals, bodyworkers, and therapists integrating yoga into their practice

While this training is designed to be inclusive, it may not be suitable for:
