About Me
I am incredibly grateful to everyone at AyurYoga for the love and teachings. I now teach yoga in Karachi, Pakistan.
What I Offer?
My practise is rooted in Vipassana. I teach a slow, mindful class focusing on breath awareness and body sensing. I also teach a weekly chair yoga class for elderly women.
