About Me
After completing in November 2022 my 200hrs Hatha Yoga TT in Amur Yoga Eco-Ashram, I attended 50hrs Yin Yoga TT with Amélie Annoni in Paris.
I appreciate how Yoga allows us to go deeply in listening to both our physical and emotional bodies. Yoga is a never-ending transformative journey and I love to share the path with other sensitive and curious souls.
I teach in Italian, English and French, privately and in weekly group classes at various studios in Milan and online.
