About Me
Russian born, living in Sweden for the past 18 years.
I recieved my first Hatha yoga education in March 2013 in Yoga Vidya Retreats (now Ayur Yoga Ashram) in Kerala, India.
I have been teaching, and studying ever since.
I am a frilance teacher giving classes, courses and workshops in different studios in Malmö in the south of Sweden.
My main professional interest is Yoga Therapy.
