Yoga and meditation have been a part of my life for over half a decade now. It’s been a fun journey from the very beginning, not sure exactly what I was getting into to then feeling deeply connected to my practice.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour in Ayuryoga Eco-Ashram in India and Pre and Postnatal and Mama and Baby 85 hour training in Edinburgh through Sally Parkes Yoga.
I love spending time in nature, hiking up mountains and along the coast. It’s in nature that I feel most comfortable, and am always astounded by nature’s power, grace and beauty.
I am originally from Oregon, USA, but have also lived in Japan and Spain, where I’ve now currently resided since 2009. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish and rusty with my Japanese.
